A fan of the "russian world" Andriy Biba received permission to extract Ukrainian gas

While the Ukrainian army is bleeding in battles with the Russians, there is a gradual surrender of the country in the rear. So far, not directly to the Russians, but to their admirers and adherents, but the situation essentially remains unchanged.

The fact that in Ukraine after February 24, 2022, BRSM, a company of "russian world" enthusiasts Andriy and Svitlana Biba, not only did not suffer from sanctions but on the contrary, expanded its scale of selling counterfeit fuel, no longer surprises anyone. But it turns out that this is not enough - since April 2024, Andriy and Svitlana Biba have been extracting Ukrainian gas and selling it to Ukrainians, ensuring themselves a comfortable life in the most expensive resorts in the world, where the family fled after the explosion at the BRSM gas station back in 2015. Then Andriy and Svitlana Biba settled in Italy, where they bought a villa in Florence from which they continue to manage their business in Ukraine.

Moreover, several criminal cases were opened against Andriy Biba in Ukraine: in particular, №42016000000003365 for tax evasion amounting to 3.5 billion hryvnias in 2019 by the companies LLC "State Oil" and LLC "Parkom Trans," and a criminal case for selling gasoline and diesel fuel, the quality of which does not meet current Ukrainian DSTU and technical regulations (for criminal offenses under part 5 of article 191, part 3 of article 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Andriy Biba was also included in the NSDC sanction lists for financing Shariy’s party, and on October 3, 2020, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted several searches in BRSM offices. As it turned out, in the first quarter of 2020, the Party of Shariy received 1,168,653 UAH in donations from Andriy Biba. Andriy Biba also generously sponsors the ROC - specifically the Russian one, and he does not forget about its branch still called the "UOC" either.

For his works, Andriy Biba was even awarded an ROC medal "In honor of the 100th anniversary of the restoration of the Patriarchate in the Russian Orthodox Church" from the hands of the church’s patriarch Kirill. His wife Svitlana received the "Order of Princess Olga" from the same hands. All this is for the "construction of ROC churches in Thailand." Moreover, Andriy and Svitlana Biba are listed as passion-bearers of the Russian Orthodox Church in Thailand. It sounds strange, but it is true. In 2020, as the website of the "Russian Orthodox Church Abroad" reports, "Andriy Biba was awarded the Order of the Holy Archangel Michael, and his wife, Svitlana, was awarded the Order of Saint Anastasia of Kyiv. In addition, their many years of work in the church field in faraway Thailand were marked by a special Patriarchal award - the medal of the Russian Orthodox Church "Patriarchal Gratitude."

In Ukraine, the merits of Andriy and Svitlana Biba were noted only by "Myrotvorets" - the website listed Andriy Biba as a sponsor of pro-Russian parties.

But the state of Ukraine, apparently, holds a different opinion. Not only does the BRSM network successfully continue its work - as has been mentioned, since April of this year, Andriy and Svitlana Biba have been extracting and selling Ukrainian gas. In April, the family purchased two new companies - PJSC "Gazinvest," which is engaged in gas production, and LLC "Carpathian Drilling Company," which specializes in drilling. Thus, Andriy Biba extracts at least 100,000 cubic meters of gas monthly and has five active wells. Moreover, he plans to drill more.

It seems that the state of Ukraine believes that Andriy Biba has little money to build ROC churches and sponsor Shariy’s party, so it allows him to earn more. By the way, the nearly four billion hryvnias in unpaid taxes in 2019 were not collected, and the criminal cases are hopelessly stuck in the domestic law enforcement system. It seems they are being investigated by those same disabled prosecutors who were recently discovered in large numbers in the depths of the Prosecutor General’s Office, and due to forgetfulness caused by severe mental ailments, they hid the cases against Biba somewhere.

Recently, corporate rights in both have belonged to Andriy Biba, Svitlana Biba, and their partner Serhiy Lyashenko. It’s black and white, and to make this up would be too surreal. But life, as they say, sometimes exceeds the boldest fantasies. Like with the Bibas.

And if Andriy Biba receives medals and orders from the Russians for his contribution to the spread of the Russian world, that’s understandable - Russia estimates his merits in this field. "Patriarchal gratitude." But what to call the "gratitude" of Ukraine? Whose is it? Why all this circus with sanctions and criminal cases if, in fact, traitors are allowed not only to earn on what should have long been confiscated - no, they are given opportunities to earn more and more? And if this is not a gradual surrender of the country, then what is?
