In a number of regions, power outage schedules have been implemented

On Monday, November 11, rolling blackouts were implemented in several regions of Ukraine due to the threat of attacks on the energy system.

This was reported by the regional energy companies.

Emergency power outages were implemented in the Sumy, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, and Zhytomyr regions.

This was announced by the heads of military administrations.

"By the order of NEC ’Ukrenergo’, emergency power outages have been implemented in the region starting from 06:31 on November 11. The measures taken are aimed at preserving Ukraine’s energy system," - stated the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, Ihor Taburets.

In the Mykolaiv region, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stages of emergency outage schedules are also in effect, reported by "Mykolaivoblenergo" JSC.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, emergency power outages are being applied following commands from the dispatch center of NEC ’Ukrenergo’, as reported by CEC.

In the Poltava region, emergency power outage schedules have been applied. The corresponding order was given by ’Ukrenergo’. The outages are in effect starting from 06:30 for stages 1-4.
