The invaders struck Zaporizhzhya: dozens of people were injured, there is one fatality

On the night of November 11, Russian terrorist forces carried out three airstrikes on Zaporizhzhya, asa result of which one person died. A residential building was destroyed in the city, and 20 residents were injured.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service. The enemy shelling occurred around 01:30 on Monday, and rescue operations were conducted at the site until morning.

"Preliminarily, a man died as a result of the attack. Already nine people have sought medical assistance due to injuries," the State Emergency Service initially stated.

In the morning, the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, clarified that the number of injured in the nighttime enemy attack had risen to 18, among them five children.

"Boys aged four, 16, and 17, and girls aged 15 and 17 received necessary medical assistance," he wrote.

He later reported two more injured individuals. In total, eight of the injured were hospitalized, including a four-year-old boy.

During the shelling, the shockwave partially destroyed a two-story residential building. A dormitory and a car dealership building were also damaged.

Rescuers used a rapid response vehicle to transport one of the injured to a medical facility. Emergency rescue operations continued in the morning.

Local authorities deployed three buses to evacuate residents from the dormitory. All emergency services of the city were working at the scene of the shelling aftermath.
