Head of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region, Artymovych, is suspected of demanding a 1 million dollar bribe

The head of the Economic Court of the Lviv region is accused of demanding a bribe of one million dollars, reports NABU.

Today, the court approved the dismissal of Vasyl Artymovych "at his own request," and the High Council of Justice allowed his arrest. The preventive measure for him will be determined by the HACC.

According to the investigation, Artymovych and the former head of the same court (the media claim that it is about Mykhailo Yurkevych) demanded a bribe for making "correct" decisions in the case of the "Esculab" laboratory network.
