Shcherbyna, who also works as an advisor at SE "Teplokomunenergo," received a yearly salary of almost 4 million hryvnias from "Oblteplokomunenergo," which amounts to about 327,000 hryvnias per month. Additional income from part-time work at the municipal enterprise amounted to 184,000 hryvnias.

In addition, Shcherbyna is a candidate for the position of an independent member of the supervisory board of LLC "Kremenchuk TPP." His significant income and cash savings volumes arouse lively interest and raise questions about the sources of such financial success.
