The Ministry of Defence is preparing a large-scale reform of the TRC, – MP Honcharenko

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is initiating a large-scale reform of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRC).

This was reported by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko, citing a statement by the First Deputy Minister of Defence.

According to the MP, the reform will address several key aspects:

1. Optimization of TRC structure. The plan includes reducing bureaucratic procedures and increasing the efficiency of the centers’ operations.
2. Digitization of processes. This involves the introduction of modern digital technologies to automate accounting and mobilization processes.
3. Enhancing transparency. The reform aims to combat corruption and increase public trust in the centers’ operations.
4. Improving staff qualifications. Extensive training for employees is planned to work according to new standards.

Honcharenko also noted that the main goal of the reform is to create a more effective mobilization system that meets the challenges of modern warfare and ensures a high level of national defence capability.
