During the recording of the video, the head of the Kherson CRA, Mrochko, came under Russian shelling

During the recording of a New Year’s video, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, came under Russian shelling.

On his Facebook page, Mrochko published a video in which the sounds of Russian shells can be heard. The shelling began right during Mrochko’s speech.

"There are no holidays or weekends during war. We were recording a New Year’s video under Russian shelling! The strike was 20 meters away from us! Thanks to the team for their resilience," Mrochko wrote.
