Enemy losses for the day: The AFU eliminated over 1,500 occupiers and 15 armored vehicles

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Defence Forces of Ukraine have reduced the number of troops in the occupying Russian army by approximately 818,740 servicemen. Notably, about 1,580 invaders were killed and injured in combat clashes during the past day.

Also, during the past day, the fighters neutralized 156 units of Russian military equipment and weaponry. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the aggressor’s losses as of January 19.

In particular, the fighters knocked out 18 combat armored vehicles (a total of 20,412), 15 artillery systems (22,055), and eight enemy tanks (9,811).

The defenders shot down two Russian cruise missiles (a total of 3,051) and "grounded" 36 operational-tactical level drones (22,615).

In addition, 76 units of automotive equipment and tankers (a total of 34,401) and one special equipment unit (3,700) of the Russian Armed Forces were turned into scrap metal.

During the war, the Defence Forces also eliminated 1,262 MLRS, 1,046 air defence systems, 369 aircraft, 331 helicopters, 28 ships/boats, and a submarine of the aggressor’s forces.
