The situation on the front: The Russians have intensified their offensive, 176 clashes occurred

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported increased enemy activity on the front line – as of 4 p.m., 176 combat engagements had already occurred.

For comparison: as of 4 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 72 combat engagements were recorded, February 13 – also 72, February 12 – 74.

On February 15, communities in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, including Oleksandrivka, Hremyachka, Ponomarenky, Bila Bereza, and Prohres, were affected by enemy artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Kharkiv direction, four combat engagements took place near Vovchansk and Tykhyi, with one battle currently ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian occupiers attacked Defense Forces positions 35 times in the vicinity of Dvorichna, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnykivka, Lozova, and towards Novoosynove. Currently, 23 combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, the occupying army launched 19 attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Kolodiazi, Yampilivka, Terny, Torske, and Dibrova during the day. Nine combat engagements are ongoing.

Ukrainian defenders have already repelled three enemy assaults in the Siversk direction, with six combat engagements ongoing. The occupiers are attempting to advance in the areas of Verkhnokamianske and Ivano-Darivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders are repelling ten assaults by Russian invaders as they attempt to break through to Predtechyne, Stupochky, Bila Hora, and in the area of Chasiv Yar. Seventeen combat engagements have already been completed.

In the Toretsk direction, defenders repelled eight enemy assault actions in the areas of Toretsk, Diliivka, and Krymske, with seven battles ongoing. 

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian invaders attempted 47 times to displace defenders from their positions in the areas of Zelene Pole, Tarasivka, Vodyane Druhe, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenske, Shevchenko, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Udachne, Nadiivka, Andriivka, and Udachne. Defence Forces are holding back the pressure and have repelled 24 enemy attacks, with 23 combat engagements ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attempted nine times to break through the defense of the defenders in the areas of Zelenivka and Velyka Novosilka. Six combat engagements are ongoing.

Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Verkhniy Tersa, and Kopani in the Huliaipole direction suffered airstrikes from guided bombs (GAB).

In the Kursk direction, since the beginning of the day, 11 combat engagements have occurred, with four of them continuing. Additionally, the enemy launched eight aviation strikes with eight guided bombs and carried out 182 shellings of Ukrainian military positions and settlements.
