Oleh Dunda’s wife is involved in questionable business operations: the owners are implicated in the embezzlement of state funds
The wife of MP from "Servant of the People" Oleh Dunda is involved in dubious business operations in Ukraine with the owners of a company associated with opaque spending of state funds.
Dunda indicated in his declaration that he resides in Kyiv with his partner Olena Krol and daughter Sofiya. His wife is a relative of a government official from the times of Kuchma and Yushchenko, Semen Krol, who has a long trail of corruption in power. Dunda’s father-in-law is abroad.
In the politician’s declaration, it is stated that his partner declared she owns the company LLC "Ukrainka-Oil." At the beginning of 2024, she left the list of founders. She founded the company in 2022 in Obukhiv. The company is now registered under Vladyslav Melyokhin.
The latter appears as a founder or beneficiary in dozens of companies in various regions of the country, but mainly in Boyarka and Vyshhorod. As of 2025, he may be associated with over 50 legal entities as a founder or beneficiary. Most of the companies related to Melyokhin have the NACE code 46.90 - "Non-specialized wholesale trade." This is a broad code that can cover the trade of various goods, from construction materials to household appliances or food products. Other companies may be related to logistics, construction, or IT services (e.g., "IT Pro Loft," "IT Box Plus").
The investigation by "Slidstvo.Info" revealed new aspects of Melyokhin’s activities related to the distribution of humanitarian funds from the Ministry of Social Policy. He is the founder of CBO "Bright Future of Ukraine" (EDRPOU code 44845965, previously "Vladyslaviy," earlier "Good Deed"), registered in May 2023 in Boyarka, Kyiv region, at Sobornosti street, 36, office 6 - the same address as his company LLC "Segment Logistics." This NGO received 2.5 million UAH from the Ministry of Social Policy under a cooperation program with international organizations for payments to displaced persons and those affected by the war. In total, in 2023, the Ministry of Social Policy distributed 156 million UAH among 34 non-governmental organizations, and "Bright Future of Ukraine" is one of them.
Journalists discovered that CBO "Bright Future of Ukraine" has no website, public reporting, or visible activities to confirm the distribution of these funds. The phone number listed in the documents is not answering, and the address in Boyarka is an apartment building with no signs of an office. According to local residents, there is no non-governmental organization at this address - only residential apartments and a few commercial premises, such as a hair salon.
Melyokhin is one of those "serial founders." His involvement in CBO "Bright Future of Ukraine" and other projects may be part of a broader scheme for exploiting state and humanitarian funds. He is not just a businessman with dozens of companies but also a subject of investigation regarding the distribution of humanitarian funds. His CBO "Bright Future of Ukraine" received 2.5 million UAH from the Ministry of Social Policy, but its activities appear dubious - without reports, an office, or traces of real work. The scale of his business empire (over 50 companies) and the connection with fictitious organizations indicate possible use of schemes to exploit state resources.
