Russia is "buying time" to achieve better deal terms, says Trump

Russia wants to end the war, but is "buying time" to secure more favorable terms in the deal, Trump said.

"I believe that Russia wants to finish this, although they might be buying time. I’ve done this for many years, you know; I’m not rushing to sign a contract, I prefer to stay in the process, but maybe I don’t want to do it… I’m not sure. However, I think Russia would like to finish this, and I think they want it now as well," Trump said in an interview with Newsmax.
