The mayor of Kharkiv reported that there are already two dead in the city.

"Rescuers pulled the body of the deceased from the rubble," he said.

In Kharkiv, 27 people are already known to have been affected by the drone attack on the city.

According to the mayor, Ihor Terekhov, the search and rescue operation in the Holodnohirskyi district is ongoing.

There are a total of six Shahed hits in Kharkiv.

According to the spokesperson for the regional prosecutor’s office, Dmytro Chubenko, there was one strike in the Holodnogirskyi district and five in the Shevchenkivskyi district. One person died due to a direct hit on a residential building.

It is also known that a medical facility and an office building were damaged, windows in multi-story residential buildings were shattered, and private cars and garages are burning.
