The invaders have once again attacked peaceful residents of the Kherson region: a man has died

On the morning of April 6, Russian terrorists took the life of a 59-year-old man in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. As a result of enemy shelling, he sustained injuries that proved fatal.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko. According to him, Russia continues to shell settlements in Ukraine and attacks residential areas.

"At around 6:30 in the Dniprovskyi district, Russian terrorists killed a person. A 59-year-old man sustained injuries that turned out to be fatal. My condolences to the family and friends of the deceased," the message reads.

Additionally, during the past day, April 5, Russian forces continued to shell settlements of the Kherson City Territorial Community. The city of Kherson, as well as the villages of Antonivka and Sadove, came under fire. The occupiers used artillery and drones, reported Mrochko.

According to him, three private houses and an apartment building were damaged as a result of the Russian army’s attack.

"As a result of shelling of the Kherson City Territorial Community by Russian occupation forces over the past day, three people sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. They received necessary medical assistance," the head of the KCMA stated.
