Missile strike on Kyiv region: a woman injured, houses and cars damaged

On the night of November 8, the aggressor country Russia launched another strike on the Kyiv region. Air defence forces were active in the area, but unfortunately, a woman was injured, and there is damage.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

Residents of the region were urged not to ignore air raid alerts.

"All night, the enemy has been massively attacking the Kyiv region with missiles and drones. Peaceful settlements and energy system facilities are under attack," the statement reads.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration clarified that, unfortunately, as a result of the attack, a woman was injured in the Vyshhorod district. She was hospitalized at a local hospital with shrapnel wounds to her thigh, where she is receiving all necessary medical assistance.

In the Boryspil and Vyshhorod districts, private residential buildings and vehicles were damaged. All emergency services are on the scene, and efforts to document and eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack are ongoing.
