1 billion euros was received by Ukraine from the EU under the ERA initiative, - Shmyhal

"This is the third tranche within the G7 initiative, secured by revenues from frozen Russian assets. We will direct the funds to priority state budget expenditures.

Overall, under the ERA program (editor’s note – "Economic Support for Ukraine"), European allies have provided Ukraine with 5 billion euros," noted the Prime Minister.
