Russian attack on Chernivtsi region: two dead, over ten injured

On the night of July 12, Russian forces struck the Chernivtsi region using Shahed kamikaze drones and a missile.

This was reported by the head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Zaparanyuk.

In Chernivtsi, two people died — a 26-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man. Four others were severely injured, with one victim in critical condition. Additionally, 10 people sustained minor injuries.

As a result of the attack, residential buildings, shops, administrative buildings, and vehicles in the city were damaged.

There are also reports of destruction in the Storozhynets community — a drone hit a private house and a vehicle there. Rescue services are working at the impacted sites.
