The State Special Communications Service will purchase six Toyota Land Cruiser Prado for almost 18 million UAH

The Department for the Provision of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine announced on July 21 its intention to sign an agreement with Diamant Service Center LLC for the purchase of passenger cars for UAH 17.98 million following a tender.

This was reported in the "Prozorro" system.

According to the future agreement, by October 15, six special-purpose vehicles based on the black Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV of the 2025 model year will be delivered at UAH 3.00 million each.

The all-wheel-drive vehicle features a Euro 6 class petrol engine with a volume of 2.4 liters and 282 horsepower, an automatic transmission, front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, a driver knee airbag, front and rear curtain airbags. In addition, it is equipped with various safety systems, including blind-spot monitoring, as well as front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, a surround-view camera system, cruise control, climate control, leather-trimmed steering wheel and heated seats, electrically adjustable mirrors and tailgate, among others.

The additional equipment includes metal engine protection, tinting, winter tires, mats, a set of technical assistance tools, onboard tools, and a jack, and from specialized equipment, a vehicle radio station with an antenna provided by the customer. The warranty is three years or 90,000 km of mileage.

The technical specifications point to the highest configuration, Land Cruiser Prado Premium, which dealerships currently sell for UAH 2.81 million without additional and specialized equipment.

The more expensive competitor was Avtosamit Ukravto LLC with the same vehicles.

Lviv’s "Diamant Service Center" Pavlo Volkov is an official Toyota dealer.

The State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP) is a specialized central executive body in the field of special communication and information protection, which is part of the defense and security sector, and the main entity of the national cybersecurity system.

SSSCIP is headed by Oleksandr Potiy.
