Ukrainian defenders destroyed a rare North Korean self-propelled artillery unit at the front line: video appeared

Ukrainian military on the front line destroyed a rare target - a North Korean heavy 180-mm self-propelled howitzer M1989/M1991 "Koksan".

This is reported with reference to a publication by the 14th separate regiment of unmanned systems (BPAK).

It is noted that aerial reconnaissance detected the position of the "Koksan" SPG and adjusted the fire of the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system on it.

"As a result of the strike, a secondary detonation of the ammunition occurred: the artillery installation was completely destroyed, and six servicemen of the crew were eliminated," the report states.
