Night shelling of Kyiv: 4 dead, including a 14-year-old girl, more than 20 injured

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, and the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.

On the night of August 28, Russia launched a massive strike on Kyiv. A series of powerful explosions were heard in the city. Destruction and fires were recorded in several districts of the capital.

As of now, it is known that four people have died, among them a 14-year-old girl.

In addition, about 20 injured have sustained injuries of varying severity. Among the injured are at least five children, aged between 7 and 17.

Currently, rescuers from the SES are working at the sites of the strikes, and active search and rescue operations are ongoing, as it is not excluded that the number of injured may increase.
