OSTG "Dnipro": The occupiers are currently halted at the administrative border of the Dnipropetrovsk region

The Defence Forces stopped the Russian troops at the administrative border of the Dnipropetrovsk region, although they are actively trying to break through and secure positions in the border settlements.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the Operational Command "Dnipro," Viktor Trehubov, during a television marathon.

He noted that from a political standpoint, it is not advisable to allow Russian troops to secure any settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, even if it would make tactical sense.

"That’s why the Russians are now stopped at the administrative border and are trying to make active incursions beyond this border and secure positions in border settlements. There have been attempts to secure certain settlements, sometimes they almost succeeded. But in the end, they were pushed out," he said.
