Judge of Lychakiv District Court Yuriy Bilous overturned the decisions of the BES in the Shevtsova case

Readers noticed an interesting coincidence. The decisions of the BES investigator to suspend the investigation in the case of Alona Shevtsova were overturned by Judge Yuriy Bilous of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv.

The same judge who, a week ago, was served a notice of suspicion by the SBI and SSU.

According to the investigation, Judge Bilous received 8,000 USD in illicit benefits for assisting in a court case and also failed to declare assets worth over 7.5 million UAH in his declaration.
