Witnesses in the case of NABU detective Ruslan Magamedrasulov are receiving threats

Today the court will decide whether to release NABU detective Ruslan Magamedrasulov from the detention center — meanwhile, a witness on his side is receiving threats.

This is reported by the Anti-Corruption Center "MEZHA".

The appeal hearing will take place on September 23 at 14:15 in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

The NABU detective is being kept in custody as long as possible, as yesterday’s hearing was withdrawn because the detective was not brought to court.

 Meanwhile, a witness who can confirm potential falsifications by the investigation is receiving threats.

 Magamedrasulov and his father have been detained for more than 60 days and are not being allowed to exercise their right to appeal.

All this is happening against the backdrop of public discrediting of NABU and SAPO following the unsuccessful elimination of their independence.
