"Held the Malyuk as a hostage": Bezuhla caused a scandal over the closed meeting of the Rada committee

MP Maryana Bezuhla attempted to attend a closed meeting of the National Security Committee for two hours yesterday, where MPs were meeting with the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Malyuk, but she was not allowed in.

Today, at a plenary session, MP Venislavskyi proposed that the Health Committee develop a protocol for the Parliament’s apparatus for similar situations, when an MP is knocking on the door for an extended period "with various parts of the body, which threatens his life and health."

Bezuhla responded that at this committee meeting, Malyuk was "held hostage," and not only she was denied entry, but also three other committee members.

«This was another hearing, as they like, with pomp, just to talk about nothing. This time it was Vasyl Malyuk from the Security Service of Ukraine, but without a protocol, without decisions, just for the sake of it. No consequences or conclusions. For what purpose? Obstructing the activities of a member of parliament by idlers during wartime. The committee should be dissolved if such absurdity continues», stated Bezuhla, knocking on the door and accusing the committee of inaction on important issues.

Stefanchuk, perhaps jokingly, suggested scheduling Bezuhla "for an appointment" - with Mayor Klychko, who was being discussed at that moment.

Recall that Bezuhla was excluded from the National Security Committee.
