And the enterprise headed by Shpilyovyi bears the telling name – SE "Blue Dolphin Shipping Service Inc." I ask myself how a person, being essentially a public figure and "active" political figure, having a wife, can exchange the family bed for close relationships with a same-sex entity? We do not have the right to condemn orientation but we have the right to fight for honesty and informativeness when things should be called by their names. Homosexuality, dear comrade Shpilyovyi – is this your natural choice or natural call, and there’s no need to be ashamed and hide the obvious, because it is your physical beginning that confirms it…

And if in the most delicate and intimate relationships there is absolute falseness, what can be said about the methods and ways of conducting affairs and political activities of Shpilyovyi. By paying attention to the past elections in the 133 single-mandate district in Odesa, interesting facts can be seen about how people from Shpilyovyi’s circle, employees of structures under his control, worked to achieve a result in the elections not for Shpilyovyi himself but for his opponent and political adversary... How can forces with extremely opposite political views work together? We come to the conclusion: Shpilyovyi for the banal reception of money took the position of a technical candidate in favor of the young candidate…

Currently, Shpilyovyi is actively searching for a "roof" or a giving hand, because it’s so hard to get used to the absence of the ID of an employee of the GKU of President Yanukovych’s administration, with which he broke his way everywhere and "knocked" money from representatives of small and medium businesses in the Odesa region. And now Shpilyovyi has chosen a new way of dirty enrichment, he made a deal with the head of the deeply custom and commercial party "Democratic Alliance", headed by the well-fed by all Serhiy Sarafanyuk.

Apparently, this is why the dirty activity of the latter has so intensified because money is needed. Precisely these and many other commercial nature questions Sarafanyuk and Shpilyovyi often discuss in the "Ministry", and the methods are as always mean and cowardly, using blindly the resources of "Demalliance" to attract attention, give importance to a non-existent problem, and then, using the created excitement, profitably sell its solution… And as a testament to the influence, the persecution, and noise around the non-existent problem ceases. The above facts testify to absolute lack of principles and the constantly growing thirst for building schemes of "ripping" by Shpilyovyi.
