The scapegoat is found: which Deputy Minister of Justice will be jailed for assisting raiders

On August 20, at the Ministry of Justice, order No. 2713/5 was signed. This document placed the Ministry of Justice on the side of raiders V. Kovalchuk and N. Kovalenko in the case of the seizure of the Ryzhevskyi Granite Quarry in the Poltava region.

The order revoked the exclusion of Kovalchuk and Kovalenko from the list of members of PE "RGQ". Although they were excluded from the members because they violated the law and did not pay their shares in PE, last year, by falsifying PE documents, attempted to seize the quarry using "black" notaries.

The interests of Kovalchuk and Kovalenko were represented by lawyer V. L. Istomina from the law association "Protectum". This association is connected to former Kyiv prosecutor Anatoliy Melnyk, who assists his godfather Vadym Kovalchuk in capturing the Ryzhevskyi Granite Quarry. Holos reported that intermediaries received $50,000 in cash for resolving the issue in favor of Kovalchuk and Kovalenko, and the matter was resolved through people of the "overseer" of the Ministry of Justice – Dovbenko.

This decision of the "raider" commission on the seizure of PE "RGQ" is an important part of the scheme for squeezing PE "RGQ" from its rightful owners - Serhiy Koriavchenkov and Serhiy Hilka. The scheme itself was developed in the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine (under the leadership of Yevhen Koval) and in the Department for Investigation of Especially Important Economic Cases (the department of Volodymyr Hutsulyak), and it was described in detail by journalists of "Prosecutor’s Truth". This scheme is based on unregistered reports, "fake" criminal cases, violations of jurisdiction and other laws of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as close and family ties between the raiders and those who should fight them... - in the prosecutor’s office and the police, they were able to use everything that could discredit the heads of the departments, Yuriy Lutsenko and Arsen Avakov.

The media wrote that the miners of the Ryzhevskyi Granite Quarry, in order to convey the truth firsthand to the leaders of the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are ready to go to Kyiv with a peaceful action.

As for the Ministry of Justice, it seems that on Rylsky Lane, they understand that their days in power are numbered, so they do not disdain any earnings, even from the hands of raiders.

It has come to that point where deputies of the minister, who have nothing to do with the registration service (and it is the "anti-raider" commission that deals with violations in the field of state registration), are forced to sign orders following the results of the "raider" commission. For example, the order in favor of the raiders Kovalchuk and Kovalenko was signed by Pavlo Petrenko’s deputy Denys Chernyshov. Judging by official information on the Ministry of Justice’s website – he is responsible for the ministry’s communication with European institutions, the President’s Administration, the Verkhovna Rada, and the Cabinet of Ministers, advocates for gender equality, and also oversees... the penitentiary service. Symbolic, isn’t it? The one who oversees the penitentiary service, where he himself risks ending up, only already as an inmate, helped the raiders. When the misconduct of Melnyk-Kovalchuk-Hutsulyak-Koval is investigated, and all guilty are brought to justice.
