Zelenskyy signed a law on the legalisation of medical cannabis

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the bill on the legalization of medical cannabis.

This information appeared in the document card on the Verkhovna Rada website .

It is stated that the signed bill was returned to the Rada on 13 February. It will come into legal force six months after its publication.

It is worth noting that the document regulates the use of cannabis in medical, industrial and scientific activities. At the same time, the distribution of marijuana for recreational use will continue to be considered a crime.
