Canada will decide on the transfer of CRV7 missiles to Ukraine.

This was reported with reference to the broadcast of a briefing by Canadian Defence Minister Bill Blair.

According to Blair, Canada is now assessing the safety of transporting the missiles. The verification will take several days.

"We are now assessing whether these munitions can be safely transported. Once we determine this, which should be in the next few days, we will deliver them to Ukraine as quickly as possible," Blair said.

Earlier, we wrote that the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, asked Canada to transfer more than 80,000 CRV7 missiles to Ukraine, which can be recycled.

We also reported that Canada may transfer CRV7 missiles to Ukraine.

In early February, at a parliamentary meeting, the leader of the opposition Conservative Party of Canada, Pierre Poilievre, demanded that CRV7 missiles be sent to Ukraine. He noted that it is better to give the ammunition to Ukraine than to dispose of it.
