Occupied Horlivka reports communal collapse

In occupied Horlivka, due to an "emergency situation in the DPR power supply system", boiler, filtering and pumping stations have been shut down, and a number of settlements have been cut off from electricity.

This was stated by the so-called “mayor” of the city, Ivan Prykhodko.

A similar situation is observed in occupied Donetsk, Makiivka and Mariupol.
