The enemy was targeting high-voltage substations of Ukrenergo in the Odesa region

Ukrenergo reports that the target of the Russian night strike was high-voltage substations in the southern region.

“Due to damage to equipment, power engineers were forced to apply emergency shutdowns in the city of Odesa and nearby areas. As consumption increases, their volume may increase,” the company warned.

Restrictions continue to apply in the Kharkiv region and Kryvyi Rih. In the evening, additional outages are possible due to increased consumption, Ukrenergo added and called for saving electricity.
