HACC reduced bail for ex-SFS head Nasirov by UAH 10 million

Judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) have partially granted the prosecutor’s motion to extend the detention of former State Fiscal Service (SFS) head Roman Nasirov.

This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Center with reference to the results of the court hearing.

The judges also partially granted the defense’s request to change the preventive measure and reduced the bail from UAH 65 million to UAH 55 million. If these funds are deposited, Nasirov will be forced to adhere to a number of obligations, including surrendering his international passport and wearing an electronic bracelet.
