Germany allocated a new aid package to Ukraine: IRIS-T, HIMARS and armored vehicles

The new assistance package includes:

• 10 Leopard 1A1 tanks and ammunition for them;
• 20 Marder tracked infantry vehicles and ammunition;
• IRIS-T SLM medium-range anti-aircraft missile system;
• short-range anti-aircraft missile system IRIS-T SLS;
• three HIMARS rocket artillery systems;
• two BEAVER bridge laying machines
• two Dachs armored engineering vehicles;
• armored repair and recovery vehicle Bergepanzer 2;
• 4 Wisent 1 mine clearing vehicles with spare parts;
• 16 tankers.

Also in the new aid package, Germany will donate ammunition, small arms and 4 million rounds of ammunition, means for demining and projectile disposal, boats, three AMPS systems for protecting helicopters, as well as IT equipment.
