Ukrainians will receive 900 hryvnia for books: Zelenskyy signed the law

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law that will allow all adult Ukrainians to receive UAH 900 to buy books.

However, the Cabinet of Ministers still must approve the procedure for allocating these funds.

After the end of martial law, one of the parents will also be able to receive a certificate after the birth of the child.

Also, this law on stimulating the development of Ukrainian book publishing and book distribution will allow bookstores to receive subsidies for the rental of premises.

UAH 370 million has been allocated in the budget for this program.
