The suspects in the murder of opposition Kazakh blogger Aidos Sadykov in Kyiv fled to Turkey via Moldova, where they were captured by surveillance cameras. One of them later surrendered to law enforcement agencies.
The insider reports this, citing the project “Moldova: Topical”.
The project published footage of two Kazakh citizens suspected of the crime. On them are Altai Zhakanbayev and Meiram Karatayev.

The men, according to project sources in the border service, crossed the border of Moldova on June 18 through the Palanca customs point, and the next day flew from Chisinau to Antalya (Turkey).

According to the latest data, Zhakanbayev surrendered to law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan on June 21. The whereabouts of Karatayev are still unknown.

According to Insider, Zhakanbayev did not work in law enforcement agencies, but local media write that the man is connected with them.
At the same time, Karatayev served in special forces. According to the databases, a number of subscribers signed it as “Meiram sobr” and “Meiram sniper”.
