During the war, the family of Oleksiy Khalabuda, an Armed Forces colonel and commander of the 28th Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces, received an apartment for UAH 3.5 million from the contractor Big Construction.

In June 2023, Khalabuda declared the right of residence for him and his family in an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 85.6 square meters. m. The owner of the property, worth almost 3.47 million hryvnia, is Pade LLC. The colonel indicated that he was obliged to pay this amount to the company. That is, he actually bought an apartment.

The company "Paid" is owned by the son of the head of the Chechen diaspora in Ukraine, Muslim Keloyev. This is the former Altcom of Borys Kolesnikov (with whom Yuriy Holyk has friendly relations), which was bought by the Chechens after 2019. The main "topic" of this company is the supply of fuel to the Odesa port. On the Big Construction project, the European Road Construction Company LLC, owned by Paid, won tenders for billions of hryvnias as part of the Big Construction project and was caught twice overcharging for concrete.

Holyk has long been associated with Khalabuda. They are developing drones together.

In addition, in 2023, the officer’s wife registered ownership of a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (2021) worth 525.5 thousand hryvnia. At the same time, the market price of a car starts from 1.1 million hryvnia.

Also, in September 2023, Svetlana Khalabuda purchased a trailer “Palic” Z02615 (2023) for 38.5 thousand hryvnia. Khalabuda’s wife does not work anywhere and for several years in a row, according to her declarations, she receives only social benefits. Previously, Svitlana Khalabuda had a Mazda CX-5 (2015) for 225 thousand hryvnia, which she sold in 2023 for the same amount. The real market value of this car is more than 500 thousand hryvnia!

Mr. Khalabuda earned almost 2 million hryvnia while serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The family keeps $21,500 in cash.
