Drunken head of Starobabanivska colony opens fire at service station near Uman

According to the SBI, on 24 July, the head of the Starobabanivska correctional colony arrived at the maintenance station.

“During the conversation, the official did not like the answers of the station employee, and he began to threaten him with a weapon. First, he took out a pistol and put it to his opponent’s stomach, and then shot at the wall,” the State Bureau of Investigation reported.

The official (pictured in a green uniform) was charged with hooliganism and faces up to seven years in prison. The issue of taking into custody is being decided.

According to the register of declarations, the colony is headed by Colonel Valentyn Chornopysskyi.

Interestingly, his declaration does not indicate his own vehicles, with the exception of a trailer.
