The former head of the Vinnytsia MSEC, Viktor Vlasyuk, who now works as a therapist in the Commission, owns two Tesla Model S cars, one Tesla Model Y, and 13 apartments, the most expensive of which, a 6-room apartment in the center of Kyiv, is registered to his pensioner wife.

The family, in addition to Vlasyuk’s official salary, has income from an energy business shared with the current head of the Vinnytsia MSEC, Yuliya Danylenko, who in 2023 declared a two-story house with an area of 196.7 square meters, an apartment in Vinnytsia with an area of 49 "squares", and commercial real estate with an area of 104 square meters. She and her husband also have 25 land plots and a fleet of vehicles, which includes a Tesla Model 3 and two Mitsubishis. Interestingly, according to the declaration, the purchase of the Tesla cost her 58.4 thousand UAH, while the real cost of the car is from 800 thousand UAH.

In the Volyn region, it is also interesting: the declaration of the head of the Volyn MSEC, Vasyl Tymoshchuk, includes 50 real estate objects. He appears to be the largest owner of land and housing among all his colleagues. Even during the full-scale war, he continues to buy land.
