Zelenskyy held meetings with the Prime Minister and the Secretary of the NSDC and listened to Syrskyi’s report

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held meetings with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Lytvynenko, and also heard a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

The President announced this in his evening video address.

«I held a meeting with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal regarding current issues and some urgent decisions that need to be made. There was also a meeting with NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Lytvynenko on controlling the implementation of NSDC decisions and preparing some military issues for the next Staff meeting», emphasized Zelenskyy.

«There was a report by Commander Syrskyi: the front and the Kursk operation. The most attention was given to the difficult directions in Donetsk region, as well as the needs of our soldiers, our combat brigades in prompt supply from partners», added the President.

In the video address, Zelenskyy acknowledged the soldiers of the 38th Separate Marine Brigade, who are fighting in the Pokrovske direction, as well as the 79th Air Assault Brigade, defending in the Kurakhove direction.
