The head of the Lysychansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Luhansk region, Oleksandr Onufriyenko, who was born in 1980, began receiving a pension in 2021 at the age of 41, having 19 years of experience in the prosecutor’s office (since 2002).

According to explanations from the Pension Fund, this is not enough to receive a pension "for length of service or work experience and age". So, the only remaining reason is receiving a pension "due to disability"?

The head of the Lysychansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Luhansk region, Oleksandr Onufriyenko, born in 1980, according to the declaration for 2023, received a pension of 248,874 UAH (or 20,739.5 UAH per month) from the Main Department of the Pension Fund in Kharkiv region, but the reasons for receiving the pension are not specified in the declaration. He was also paid "compensation for utilities" in the amount of 4,066 UAH by the Main Department of the Pension Fund in the Odessa region. In addition, the "DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE RUBIZHNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE LUHANSK REGION" paid the prosecutor financial assistance in the amount of 30,000 UAH. The 2023 declaration states "military service" with "Salary received from the primary place of work", totaling 1,493,124 UAH.

In 2022, he received a pension of 73,440 UAH. In the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Oleksandr Onufriyenko received a salary from the primary place of work amounting to 685,295 UAH, as well as "salary received from the primary place of work" marked "military service" amounting to 606,821 UAH.

According to the declaration for 2021, the head of the Lysychansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Luhansk region, Oleksandr Onufriyenko, received a pension of 73,440 UAH (meaning that, born in 1980, with 19 years of work experience in the prosecutor’s office (since 2002) at the age of 41, he already started receiving a pension!). The salary received from the primary place of work in the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor’s Office in 2021 amounted to 982,793 UAH, and he did not receive a salary in "military service".
