In Ivano-Frankivsk, the hospital ordered a luxury Volkswagen Multivan for 3.8 million hryvnias

The Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Central City Clinical Hospital of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council" on October 23 ordered a vehicle worth 3.75 million UAH from Alliance-IF LLC as a result of a tender.

By November 21, a new gray all-wheel-drive Volkswagen T 6.1 Multivan Alpen 4motion 2024 will be delivered. The hospital will pay for it within two months after delivery with its own funds. The warranty is four years or 120,000 km of mileage.

On sellers’ websites, such vehicles are referred to as "premium minibuses with maximum configuration for large families who value comfortable travel, or for the daily business tasks of corporate clients."

What business tasks the city hospital will perform with this vehicle are not reported in "Prozorro".

The minivan has a 2-liter diesel engine, automatic transmission, front and side airbags, safety curtains for the driver and front passenger, safety systems, parking assistant with sensors at the front, rear, and sides, a rear-view camera, LED headlights, cruise control, three-zone air conditioning, two swivel seats, "Eurotint" front windows. It should also have adaptive cruise control up to 210 km/h.

The current supplier offers such a minivan 2% cheaper on their website - for 3.68 million UAH, but it is of 2023 production, another color, and may have differences in equipment.

The local "Alliance-IF" received the order without competition, as no one else came to the tender. It belongs to Andriy Lysiv, Andriy Semaniv, and Svitlana Horbachova, and is managed by Taras Ryzhykov. The analytical system YouControl relates the company to the Semaniv family group; Andriy Semaniv is a board member of the public association "Business Association of Ivano-Frankivsk".

The Ivano-Frankivsk City Hospital is headed by Taras Maslyak, who also signed the agreement to purchase the vehicle. Earlier, the Government Courier reported that he decided to mobilize and served in the "Galicia" battalion.
