In the Kurakhove direction, a threat has emerged, - Popovych

In the Kurakhove direction, the enemy has somewhat reduced its activity, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine may find themselves in a situation of encirclement by the troops of the aggressor country, Russia.

This was reported by military observer Denys Popovych on the air of "Espreso".

According to him, on Saturday, November 16, the enemy advanced less on this section of the front, yet still carried out attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders.

"Two encirclement rings can form there: one small, the other large. The large one encompasses the entire area, including Kurakhove. And the second, smaller encirclement is near Uspenivka," he noted.

Popovych is convinced that if the Ukrainian forces do not have "aces up their sleeve," the enemy has a chance to push the group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine out of the Kurakhove district — this is the main danger there today.
