Krupa will remain the head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC for another year: the Regional State Administration extended the contract

The Khmelnytskyi Regional Council extended the agreement with the head of MSEC, Tetyana Krupa, until November 2025.

This is stated in the court materials.

During the pre-trial investigation regarding the alleged illegal enrichment of Krupa, it was established that according to the order of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council dated 02.11.2020, an agreement was concluded with the chief physician of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical-Social Expertise Center, Krupa, for a new term from 03.11.2020 to 02.11.2025 inclusive.

Thus, her powers as the head of the MSEC will end only in a year.

Moreover, from 07.12.2020, Krupa obtained the authority of a deputy of the VIII convocation of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council and was included in the permanent commission of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council on health care and social policy, education, science, culture, religion, youth, and sports.

Within the framework of the criminal proceedings, circumstances are being investigated that Krupa, while serving as the chief physician of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical-Social Expertise Center and holding the position of deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, with knowledge of the requirements of the Law "On Prevention of Corruption," contrary to the obligation of their strict adherence, consciously understanding the socially dangerous nature of her actions, foreseeing the consequences, thus acting deliberately, for selfish motives, with the aim of personal enrichment, since November 2020 acquired assets worth 137,091,055 UAH, the legality of the acquisition of which is not confirmed by evidence and which significantly exceed her legal income.
