President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with French leader Emmanuel Macron in Brussels.

The video of their meeting is being published by the media.

Meanwhile, it has become known that Macron will skip tomorrow’s EU summit due to an emergency situation in the French overseas territory of Mayotte.

According to Politico and Radio Free Europe, Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz will represent France at the summit. This decision was made in accordance with the established practice of mutual substitution between France and Germany, as noted by the President of France in his comment.
