They are looking for single pregnant women to register them as the father of the future child, reports TSN.

This likely concerns men who already have two children, and the arrival of a third would allow them to avoid military duty.

Advertisements are posted on the internet. They promise to pay 1-2 thousand dollars, and some are even willing to pay child support in the future.

Lawyers warn that such a scheme is subject to criminal liability for both the man and the woman. However, proving guilt without the confession of one of the parties is quite difficult. Establishing or disproving paternity can be done through DNA testing, but in such cases, obtaining a sample from a person without their consent is impossible.

Lawyers also remind that the child can claim the man’s property, and the woman can claim alimony.
