The average salary of civil servants in Ukraine has increased to 62,000 hryvnias

In November 2024, the average salary of employees of central government bodies increased to 61.95 thousand UAH, compared to 57.5 thousand UAH in October. Meanwhile, back in January, the average salary of civil servants was 38.6 thousand UAH. The average basic salary is 22.6 thousand UAH.

This information, received from the government bodies for November 2024, was provided by the Ministry of Finance. 

Compared to January, the average accrued salary of 21,700 civil servants increased by 61%. At the beginning of the year, it was 38.6 thousand UAH. Thus, the salary of civil servants is 3.4 times the average level across Ukraine. According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in September the salary amounted to 18 thousand UAH.

The ranking of salaries is as follows: 

• Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine - 118.7 thousand UAH.
• Ministry of Justice - 100.5 thousand UAH.
• Central Election Commission - 97.2 thousand UAH.
• CRAIL - 92.7 UAH.
• State Administration of Affairs - 88 thousand UAH.
