This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defence Chornohorenko.

"Now there is no need to go to the TRC and spend time in long queues for a single paper referral. Just send a request in the application. After that, the head of the TRC will confirm your request, and you will receive a message with all the necessary information," she notes.
