At the same time, the Defence Forces continue to hold some positions in the settlement, but mostly on its outskirts.

"Any other actions could lead to their encirclement and unnecessary losses among Ukrainian defenders,"  – noted the spokesperson of OSG "Khortytsia", Viktor Trehubov.
