Advisor to the head of the Office of the President Mykhailo Podolyak noted that the conditions of the ceasefire will be discussed at the level of the administrations of the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia as soon as possible, but the Kremlin might drag out the process.

The technical details of the 30-day ceasefire and the cessation of attacks on energy facilities have not yet been agreed upon, but specific information will become available in the coming days, said the advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, during a broadcast of the "United News" telethon.

In response to a journalist’s question about when specific information regarding the 30-day cessation of strikes on energy facilities might appear, Podolyak answered that it could happen after meetings at the level of the administrations of the United States, Russia, and Ukraine.

"When the technical regulations are signed, and how, for example, the functioning of this stage will be carried out, i.e., mutual cessation of strikes on energy infrastructure. And this will be all thoroughly documented from the perspective of technical regulations. But returning to Mr. Trump’s concept: everything has to be fast. This should happen in the coming days," noted the advisor to the head of the Office of the President.

According to him, the decision regarding the meeting of the Ukrainian delegation with the American one will be made by President Zelenskyy, who has already stated that it will be organized as quickly as possible. The White House also announced quick meetings with Russia to discuss regulatory positions on "how exactly and when exactly the ceasefire should start functioning" for 30 days.

"Trump needs quick results. He is a man of quick action. He needs informational pressure, and after that, results," said Podolyak.

He added that first of all, it is necessary to see how ready Russia is for technical discussions and whether it will try to stall time.

"For Russia, the negotiation process itself is important at various levels. So they can say: we are talking with you about technical regulations. But this can be a day, two, a week. Russia wants to stretch this in time," noted the advisor to the head of the Office of the President.
