The mobilization of the former head of the State Fiscal Service Nasirov has been canceled: an investigation has been launched in the Armed Forces
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have canceled the order for the mobilization of the former head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov, who is suspected of bribery. A service investigation has been initiated regarding the legality of his conscription.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The agency’s statement noted that the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine "is conducting a service investigation into the conscription of former high-ranking official Roman Nasirov during the judicial process, information about which appeared in the media."
It is also noted that this investigation was initiated in accordance with the directive of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the Military Law Enforcement Service, it was preliminarily established that reserve soldier Nasirov was conscripted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the special period mobilization.
"The conscription of the reservist, who voluntarily expressed the desire to serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was carried out by order of the unit commander of military unit A0139 dated 07.04.2025," the agency’s publication states.
Furthermore, it has been preliminarily determined that the commander "recognized the order as illegal and canceled it."
"The investigation materials regarding possible abuse of power will be transferred to law enforcement agencies for proper legal assessment in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine," the Military Law Enforcement Service reported.
At the same time, the agency noted that military unit A0139, where Nasirov served, is subordinate to the Main Command Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and "its units, along with other military units, have been directly involved in combat operations throughout all the years of the Russian-Ukrainian war."
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine are currently engaged in a fierce struggle against the enemy for our freedom and independence - our heroes are giving their lives for this. The Armed Forces are developing zero tolerance for corruption. Therefore, any actions aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian army will be harshly stopped," the agency emphasized.
