Serhiy Mashtalir, the former head and administrator of the territorial service center No. 4641 in Lviv, purchased an apartment after the war.

Journalists learned about this from his 2024 declaration.

Mashtalir was the administrator of the territorial service center No. 4641 (as a department).
He is registered and actually resides in Lviv, but did not mention his family.

The man declares two apartments: one with an area of 55.7 square meters belongs to his mother Halyna Mashtalir, and the other – with an area of 50 square meters, acquired in 2022 for 768,200 UAH. He owns a Skoda Octavia (2014), acquired in 2019 for 265,500 UAH,

Salary: 71,900 UAH for the period from January 1 to February 14, 2025, from the RSC GSC Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions. The man also had 18,800 USD in cash.
