Zhytomyr TRC warns: for violation of military registration — a fine of up to 25,500 hryvnias
The Zhytomyr TRC informs about fines for 17-year-olds for late registration for military service.
The military enlistment office announced that male citizens of Ukraine who have not registered for military service on time may be fined an amount ranging from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. Registration is mandatory for all who will turn 17 in 2025. This must be done from January 1 to July 31.
You can submit the information both online — through the "Reserv+" application, where you need to update your personal data in the conscript’s electronic cabinet, and in person at the Military Committee.
Men up to 25 years old must also register if they have changed their place of residence (including returning from abroad), acquired Ukrainian citizenship, were released from places of detention, were expelled from military educational institutions, or did not undergo initial military training.
